Heather will be offering an initial Traditional Chinese Medicine consultation and treatment on day 2 of the spring retreat. This will include: tongue and pulse analysis,
Health history overview/discussion, Chief complaint addressing with treatments of massage, acupuncture, gua sha (scraping), cupping, TCM diet therapy list of foods suggestions to address your condition, and personal qi gong exercise. You will leave with a treatment plan to optimize your health. Each session will be approx. 60 minutes long and cost $150.
