Through a combination of somatic practices, nervous system education, and hands-on, body-based approaches—including osteopathic and Traditional Chinese Medicine-informed care—you will begin to understand your patterns, regulate your system, and reconnect with a more grounded, clear version of yourself.

This is not a passive retreat. It’s a guided, intentional experience for those ready to actively engage in their healing and growth.

What to Expect

Day 1: Guided & Facilitated

An immersive and engaging day focused on understanding the nervous system through the holistic lenses of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Osteopathic care, and Somatic Transpersonal Therapy. Through guided experiential learning, movement, mindfulness, therapeutic process, somatic practices, and group connection, participants will explore practical tools to support regulation, release stress and tension, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with greater balance, clarity, and presence.

Time: 10AM-6PM

Location: Living Wellness Collective: 503 7th Ave #1, Invermere, BC V0A 1K4

Nourishment: Arrive fuelled, we’ll offer a hearty, healthy lunch and snacks/refreshments, tea/coffee/water, throughout the day.

An 8-hour, experiential day led by three registered health practitioners: an Osteopath, an Acupuncturist and a Transpersonal Somatic Therapist.

Day 2: Self-Paced & Integrative

A slower, more spacious day to continue with your practice, allow your system to settle and integrate. Self-paced, small group cycles of nordic spa (heat, cool, rest, integrate) with guided rituals including meditation, movement, and further learning.

Nourishment: Arrive fuelled, we’ll offer a hearty, healthy lunch and snacks/refreshments, tea/coffee/water, throughout the day.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

    We’ll be able to answer any questions you have related to booking your travel and accommodations.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event, as well as your accommodations, as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

Integration: Setting Intentions & Reflecting

Together, we pause to consider our goals, hopes, and direction. This is about aligning with ourselves and with the journey ahead. This is a chance to reconnect with what brought you here—your questions, your hopes, your turning points—and consider how they’ve shifted or deepened.

In small groups, you will cycle through heat, cool, rest and reflect, including a Himalayan salt cave, red light therapy and guided wellness ritual offerings: movement, breath and meditation.
