Optional Add On to Nordic Spa Integration Day
Andrea Sakamoto RTC offers 60-minute sessions in a body-centered approach to healing trauma, stress, grief, emotional dysregulation, and stuck patterns by gently reconnecting mind, body, and nervous system. Sessions are collaborative, trauma-informed, and paced according to each client’s comfort and readiness, with an emphasis on building greater clarity, connection, resilience, and self-trust. Tailored to each individual, sessions may incorporate grounding practices, mindfulness, nervous system education, breathwork, therapeutic touch, and guided somatic awareness.
Clients may choose between:
• Brainspotting — a focused therapeutic approach that uses eye position and attunement to access and process unresolved experiences stored in the nervous system and body.
• ISTP™ (Integrative Somatic Trauma Processing) — a gentle, experiential approach that supports the release and integration of trauma through body awareness, movement, sensation tracking, breath, resourcing, and nervous system regulation.
