The Reset is a two-day immersive retreat for nervous system support and holistic restoration, blending the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Osteopathic care, and Somatic Transpersonal Therapy.
Each day runs from 10AM–6PM and is intentionally designed to guide participants through both experiential learning and embodied integration. Day 1 focuses on immersive workshops, therapeutic process, nervous system education, somatic practices, movement, mindfulness, and guided experiences through this holistic lens. Day 2 shifts into a slower, restorative rhythm centered around integration through a Nordic spa-inspired cycle of heat, cold, rest, reflection, connection, and continued therapeutic experiences designed to deepen regulation, release, and reconnection to self.
Optional 1-on-1 treatments with facilitators are available as add-ons to further personalize and elevate your retreat experience, with only two sessions available per practitioner.
